The Worldwide Head of the Ahmadiyya Community, His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih V, will address the closing session of the 91st Annual Jalsa of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Ghana via MTA at 16.00 GMT.
The Jalsa, commemorating the centenary of Islam Ahmadiyyat in Ghana, is being held at Bagh-e Ahmad, Pomadze, near Winneba.
The theme of the Jalsa is ‘’100 Years of Islamic Revival in Ghana’’. Nearly 37,000 Ahmadi Muslims are attending it from all parts of Ghana. Delegates from Uganda, Burkina Faso, Benin, Nigeria, and Mauritius.
Also in attendance are delegates from Cote d’Ivoire, the United Kingdom, Canada and Italy.
The special representatives of the Khalifa at the Jalsa are, Wakil-e- Tabshir, Nasir Ahmad Shams and Nufti Silsila, Mubashir Ahmad Kahlon.
